Solo Ball Control Training Belt

Solo practice usually means more retrieving than repping. This training belt fixes that: the elastic tether returns the ball to you after every kick or throw, so your session becomes continuous repetition instead of a cycle of strike, chase, walk back, reset.

The adjustable elastic waistband fits a broad range of sizes and stays put through active movement rather than sliding as you pivot. The tether length gives you enough room for a full striking motion while keeping the ball within immediate reach.

Works for soccer ball control, throwing mechanics, and general hand-eye or foot-eye coordination work — in a backyard, driveway, or park, without a partner. Light enough to keep in a gym bag for pre-game warm-ups.
