Solo Serve & Spike Volleyball Trainer

Serving and spiking are the two volleyball skills hardest to practice alone — both end with the ball twenty feet away. This solo trainer tethers the ball and returns it after each contact, so you can work on contact point and arm swing continuously instead of retrieving between every rep.

That matters most for beginners, where the fastest gains come from sheer volume of correct repetitions. Being able to feel the difference between a clean hand contact and a mishit, immediately and repeatedly, builds the timing that's hard to develop in a once-a-week practice.

The adjustable setup suits different heights and skill levels, and it works in a backyard, driveway, or gym. A practical way for players to put in extra reps between team sessions.
